Maintain a continuous inventory of samples necessary to support the retouching and image post production department. Assist in all activity relevant to sample coordination, maintenance of the sample database, order entry, requesting and tracking sample inventory while ensuring a high level of communication and quality of information between the samples department and other departments.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Track and communicate all samples-related deadlines to internal departments
  • Receive, review and communicate ordering of Spread Ready/Image List from RH inventory system.
  • Attend Pre-production and Merchandise Meetings and lead internal meetings each season for new product
  • Fulfill daily samples requests for Retouching by researching inventory and placing orders
  • Assist Production Leads and Retouchers with chasing issues in order to support photo teams.
  • Communicate sample status through, email, Google Sheets etc. and internal database
  • Properly tag each item and verify accurate computer entry to internal database
  • Update all files daily for accurate tracking of information
  • Maintain organization of sample storage area(s)
  • Experience with inventory management and control preferred
