  • Provide leadership and guidance in all phases of pre-production, production and post-production

  • Monitor and champion process; identify process gaps/improvements and tools to improve efficiency

  • Manage communication and regular reporting to key stakeholders on all high priority development and production budgets, schedules and delivery.

  • Lead a growing team of producers, production coordinators, editors, assistant editors, and studio staff.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships cross-functionally at peer and leadership level to open doors and facilitate execution, with heightened focus on upfront planning and early alignment

  • Ensures the ongoing training and development of direct reports.

  • Responsible for the production of over 500 videos per year as well as transitioning and managing photo shoots from their current NYC location.
